KC'S POV
It had been a long time now. Tome it seemed like I would never see him again. Watching him leave for a month had to be one of the hardest things that I had to endure. Feeling hopeless countless times, finding myself only thinking about him, it really made the days lag to a point where I was thought that all the time I had spent with him was the last.
3rd Person POV
KC strummed the mellow final chords on a polished jet black guitar. Even though it was cool and drizzling, KC was still burned by the aching in her heart. She looked up at the heather sky and let a stray tear leak out of her eyes.
"If only you kissed me before you said goodbye." She whispered to the atmosphere. Suddenly she felt something warm touch her face. She could feel to hands on her shoulders.
"I'm back." A satisfied voice whispered, a rush of emotion sweeping through KC.
"You caught me right before I fell." KC said softly and pressed her lips to his again.
