The Fault in Her Stars
Punch-punch, punch-punch. Sweat drips all over their faces as Petra punches her hardest on Levi's pads strapped in his hands. This is only her first week of training for the anticipated match next month, and she's all pumped up in her game.
She is the reigning queen of the Bantamweight division in women's boxing. The challenger, Annie Leonhart, is a promising new boxer who takes down her opponents in cold blood. Every news of her ruthless victories sends Petra shivering on her spine. She must not let someone take down her defending title at all costs. Which is why she began her training as soon as the deal's been signed. She trains every time she could muster under the harsh guidance of her trainer, Levi.
"Ergh! Ergh!" She keeps punching with one thought in her mind, and it's to take down Annie in the ring. Meanwhile, Levi is observing her, and he sees that her knuckles seem to wear out & her arms are getting stiffer. "Petra, your arms are about to tire out, you need to—Ack!" Petra accidentally hits his head, and he falls on his back. "Are you okay? Ah, I'll go get an ice pack!" She is about to leave, but he pulls her arm and drags her down. He puts his body on top of her and draws his face close to her ear, "I think I'm cured right now."
He attempts to kiss her, but she knees him on his vulnerable part and kisses his forehead. She gets up, grabs her things and said, "I don't think so. Let's go training tomorrow, I'm going to rest like you said. I got a match coming up, and I'm gonna win." She sticks out her tongue and immediately heads for the shower.
