Sabrina looked around in the dark. She had the unsteady feeling of magic, but nothing'd hapened. She'd know if somebody'd come into her room, or so she believed.
A creature sat before her, staring at her from beady eyes. "Get your own cover, cat," Sabrina muttered, turned over, took the cover, and left him none.
"See?" Salem asked the owl perched beside him. "She doesn't care. I told her I'd call you, but she didn't believe me."
"She will, old friend," the owl hooted. When Sabrina awoke again, she was screaming in a world now ruled by Salem and Jareth.
