It's another parade, another act, and as he marches down Main Street, he tries to pretend he's not feeling the weariness etching through his bones and very soul from all the years he's been providing entertainment to the world. He forces his tail to stay high and his smile to keep in place, but all the time, Mickey's wishing he could be anywhere else. For just one day, he would love to have no one to entertain, be nobody, able to hide in plain sight, and do what he wants, but you can't do that when you rule a world.
