It was a sunny morning in Station Square, children, and adults alike were enjoying what seemed liked the last day of peace before the high schoolers are let out for the summer. This means that instead of short lines in the mall there were going to be lines reaching into the food court. Parents wouldn't be able to have lunch together without hearing the yells of Mom and Dad I need 20 dollars or Mom and Dad I buried a kid in the sand!
Our story starts in a unique household in the south district of Station Square
"Honey it's time for breakfast, hurry or you'll be late to the bus." A fruit bat yelled from downstairs.
"I'm coming down, I won't be late and I can tell time Mom!" A rather rude female hedgebat yelled from the upstairs bathroom.
"Be nice to your mother Ann." Said the gloomy figure sitting in the living room.
"Hmph, well it's true I'm old enough to get myself to school, oh and Mom I was wondering if I could go to Dandre's house after school." Ann asked while walking down the stairs.
"Maybe." The adult said sarcastically.
"Why not Mom, Dandre gets to go places I always stay home, you always tell me to get out of the house and have fun but am I?" The teen responded.
"Just eat your breakfast and go, I bet your friends are waiting for you at the bus stop." The female adult slyly remarked.
"Rouge stop arguing with your daughter-"
"Hello Ms. Rouge, Hello Mr. Shadow I hope I'm not interrupting anything, but Ann and I need to go, it isn't called the last day of school for nothing. A sweet voice said from the open door way.
"Bye Mom, bye Dad." Ann said quickly so she could get out of the house.
Near the bus stop
"Nice save Dandre, I guess you know when to cut in." The teen standing to the left of the Hedgecat.
"You're Welcome, but hey what are friends for?" The optimistic Hedgecat said.
"I really wish you and your parents wouldn't argue like that but hey my family isn't any better, you're lucky, you are an only child." Dandre stated.
"Why are you talking about your perfect family, your leaving the dream, I mean you're an honor student, your brother is in collage your parents actually listen to you and you get to go every where you want." Ann said in a why to answer Dandre's statement.
"Here comes the bus." They said in unison.
"Usually they'd be happy to see the bus but to see that the biggest nuisance of all time was on the bus they were saddened by his sudden appearance.
"Hey ladies what brings you to the bus today?" A male hedgehog said in a flirty tone.
"None of your bidness!" Ann said."
"Don't be angry Ann, it may make your blood pressure rise, and that's not good for your health." Dandre said in a sweet, change the topic tone.
"What's the problem?"
