A/N: This is a sequel to story, Blue Eyes ( s/8391782/1/Blue-Eyes). This was actually written a year ago, but I never wanted to publish it. But, someone asked for another chapter to Blue Eyes, so I decided to upload this. I hope you enjoy it. "Look, look! He's walking! Our little boy is taking his first steps."
Bolin and Misu smiled as they watched Howl take his first steps. From the doorway, Mako watched and grinned. He and Korra had reacted the same way when Mei took her first steps.
"MAKO! COME QUICK!"
"Korra, is something wrong? Are you okay? Is something wrong with Mei? What is-"
Mako looked down to see his wife sitting with his daughter in her lap.
"This is what you called me in for? You sitting on the floor?"
"No." Korra scowled at him and crossed her arms. "Watch, watch! Go to Daddy. Go to Daddy!"
Mei stood up and toddled over to Mako and hugged his leg. "Daddy!"
Mako smiled and bent down and picked up his little girl. He tossed her into the air and kissed her on the forehead.
Korra stood up. "I can't believe she finally walked! I need to call my mom, we need to throw a party! We need-"
"Korra, we need a party for this?"
"I don't know, I'm just so excited!" Korra jumped into Mako's arms and they both surrounded their daughter with a hug.
Mako came out of his trance when he felt someone hold his hand. He looked down to see the big amber eyes of his daughter.
"I love you Daddy."
Mako smiled. "I love you, too."
