A/N: I don't own any of these characters. Sorry if this is too morbid. I was bored okay? This is about Sailor Pluto and Small Lady. I don't believe in this, but I thought it would make an interesting change because people always do the opposite of what I wrote. Send me comments and flames are welcome if you read this. As usual, I was guarding the Gates of Time. I was young, a pretty sailor soldier following her destiny. I was alone but I knew that I had a purpose. That my loneliness was not in vain. Still, I wanted a friend…. Then the day came that I met Small Lady. She had come to explore. She was a very sweet little angel, with pink hair and a smile that lit up my life. She started visiting me every day. I was delighted. Finally, I have a friend. I won't be alone anymore… I thought. She even gave me gifts sometimes. It was so nice. I in return gave her little gifts too. I let her into my world. She knew all about me. From how old I was to my deepest secret. We were so close. I thought we'd be friends forever. But I was wrong.
As she grew older, she grew more distant. She started visiting me less. Every other day or so. Then they lessened even more, until she stopped coming all together.
It'd been 2 years since I'd last seen Small Lady. No, not Small Lady. But the Princess, soon to be the Queen of the Moon Kingdom. I couldn't take it any longer. I had to see her! Every night I had cried myself to sleep because I thought I'd lost my best friend. I knew what I had to do. It was forbidden to leave the Gates of Time but….
As I entered the castle, I used my Garnet Rod to focus on where she was. I immediately saw and ran to her. When I got to the garden, she was picking flowers. She was a very tall slender girl who looked about 17 in human years. Even though she was much older than that. When she turned to look at me, I walked up to her, got down on one knee has you always do before the royalty, and said, "It's been a long time Small Lady, I mean Princess."
Do you know what she said? She said, with a look of pure innocence and curiosity, the three words I never thought I'd hear from her, " Who are you?"
She meant it. She didn't know. I ran. I didn't care where I went but I had to get away. But before I made it back, the Queen caught me. She yelled at me for being so irresponsible and asked me why did I leave. I told her I had to see Small Lady and her expression softened, but not by much. She told me that Small Lady didn't remember me because when she was captured by the Dark Moon and became Black Lady, she lost all her memory. After she was healed, she remembered everything. Well, except a few selective things. She had lost her memory of her best friend: me. Then her face hardened once more and told me off again. Then she punished me. I new she would. She sent me back to the Gates of Time and sealed it. I was never able to get out again.
So here I am. Guarding the Gate Of Time for all eternity as I am an
eternal sailor senshi. I now know the truth. Love isn't a feeling, but a weapon, used to destroy one another, not to protect each other.
I am Sailor Pluto, Guardian of the Gates of Time because it is my Destiny, not my choice. And I do not believe in love.
