Summary: Starwind agonizes over a mistake he made, and Moondance comforts him.

"Is something wrong, ashke?" Moondance puts his hand on his lover's shoulder.
Starwind doesn't lift his head from his hands, and sighs. "I scared him. I could have sent him back into shock. What if he had gone back into shock? It would have been all my fault."
Moondance kneels on the floor next to the other. "But he's fine. Just alittle scared."
"But it could gave happened." he says finally and lifts his head from his hands now. "And it would have been all my fault. All my fault."
"That's passed now, shay'kreth'ashke, do not dwell on it." And he puts his arms around Starwind, drawing him into a tight embrace.
Starwind lets himself be pulled into his lover's arms, looks up into Moondance's eyes. "What if he had pulled all the power from the Vale node in his fear? What would've happened to the Vale?"
Moondance hugs him tighter. "A mistake is only made once. You will not make the same mistake twice, and you were lucky that nothing horrible happened this time. That is enough."
Starwind smiles faintly. "Thank you ashke." And he returns the embrace.
"It's alright." He says softly. "I love you." And he leans in and kisses Starwind.
Starwinds arms go around Moondance's neck and shoulders and he pulls him in closer, lengthing the kiss. And then he breaks it. "I love you too." He says, smiling. And then he kisses his lover.
