Exceptions
The phone rings and I awake in a startle. "Well… Who could be calling me at 3:30 in the morning" I spoke aloud. I read the caller id and it said restricted. Must be some form of a prank call. Usually I don't answer restricted, but hey I can make an exception for once
"Hello?" I said.
" Hello April. How you been?" this deep voice questioned.
I replied "Um I'm fine, though who are you?"
"The question is who are you?" It said. Okay weird, this dude already said my name and is asking me who I am?. I'm confused about this.
"Well… Why are you asking who I am when you already said my name?" I simply said back.
" Exactly. You never even pick up restricted calls, but I'm guessing you made an exception just this one time." He sneered in a way. Quickly I hung up. So no one knows that I never pick up restricted calls. Only my boyfriend, family and best friend know that. Sounds weird and all but it's a thing of mine. After a little bit of thinking about what happened I call Nathan. Nathan is my super hot boyfriend. Well in my opinion he is. After 3 rings he picked up
" Hello?" he said in a sleepy voice.
"Sorry for waking you up but I got this creepy call and he knew that I never pick up restricted and you know that no one else knows about it!" I finished in a rush.
" Well it must be Erin trying to pull a prank call on you. Even with a voice changer." He said. Well his opinion was better than what I thought he was going to say.
" true I can ask her tomorrow or something." I had just suggested.
"Night babe" Nathan sweetly said then hung up before I could say it back. Whatever he is just tired and wants to sleep. I know how he acts when he gets woken up. Well its only 4:00 am. So I have at least 6 hours of sleep to go. Thank the lord! I started to close my eyes and drift away to dreamland. This time when I wake its my alarm. Ugh! Well at least Sam is coming home today. That's an exciting event. Sam is my ever most. She gives wicked good advice. Sometimes when I mention her people think I'm talking about a boy. When seriously I'm not. Oh well what ever about that problem. Ahhhhhhh! Feels good to have a nice big stretch. Well Maybe I could call Sam and we could chill!. Brilliant idea April! i quickly pick up my phone then realize i had 8 missed calls. They are all from a restricted number.
This is my first story so no making fun of it kay? ok gotcha lol well message me and tell me what you guy think and then tell me how to make another chapter
