A young man in his twenties was in the middle of eating a whole bowl of cherries when his phone rang. The sound of the Super Mario Bros. theme song filled the room. Blinking, he picked it up. "Um, hello?"

"Urgent secret meeting of secret secretness at my secret hideout," came the voice from the phone.

"You know you're on speaker, right?"

"Dammit! It's supposed to be secret!" Inui yelled.

"Oh, really? I couldn't tell," L replied. "You must have forgotten to mention it."

"Whatever, just come!"

"Fine, Mr. Bossy," L said and hung up, turning to look at his "friends" Light and Misa. "We're going to a meeting,"

"But…you didn't even ask if we wanted to go…" Light protested, slightly confused.

"Well, I assumed there was a 15 chance you would say no, considering that you have to come, since we're still chained together, but I could be wrong," L said innocently.

Elsewhere, several other phone calls happened that were eerily similar to L's. Soon there was a mob outside Inui's house, all waiting for him. And waiting. And waiting. Soon they saw someone coming up the street and they all stared. Inui was walking back to his house, about to put the key in the lock when he was ambushed by a whole bunch of pissed off people.

"Hey, didn't I tell you it was at five?" he said, unlocking his door. "You conveniently left that part out," a voice called from the crowd. "Well fine, you can all come NOW, my research is complete, anyway," he said, his glasses glaring off reflecting light eerily.

"What kind of…research?" came Naruto, who was suspicious of 'research' because of past experiences. "…You'll see…" Inui replied. There was an awkward pause.

"….AWKWARD AQUARIUM!!" came a call by a passerby car. Two girls with glasses and cat ears were screeching into a megaphone as they drove away.

"Anyway…" Ritsuka muttered, "let's go to this secret hideout." Inui nodded and started walking east. Everyone silently followed him. After twenty five minutes, everyone was getting a little annoyed.

An hour later: "Okay, we're here," Inui announced. "But…this is the hotel L's staying at!" Light shouted. "I was just here to begin with! What's wrong with you?!" "Oh, nothing," Inui muttered.

So they all walked in, well, half of them, since the others got agitated and left. So…Inui, Echizen, L, Light, Misa and a bunch of others squeezed into the elevator, abusing the weight limit, rode to the top and entered L's room.

"Alright, what did you want to tell us," Mello demanded. "Hi," Inui said, waving. "That's…it? That's what you wanted to tell us that was so important we had to wait outside for an hour, then walk five miles to some hotel room?" Mello asked. "Yes," Inui responded.

Several gunshots followed, but Inui's awesome, so he dodged all of them. "So…" Ed asked, "what now?"

"DDR!" Matt yelled.

"Yeah!"
