This is a sort of preview of a fanfic I'm working on. The summary is as follows:

One minute she's in a normal life where her favourite show is about a time traveling alien: next she's IN that show, where not everything is the same as she remembers. Not only that, but there are mysteries surrounding herself as she inexplicably jumps from one point to another in that alien's time line. What alien, you ask? The Doctor, of course! Can she figure it out? Will she even survive long enough to do so? Find out! First in the Storms of Fire Chronicles

I'm doing this as a sort of teaser trailer, like they do for each episode. A sort of 'coming up' sequence.

This is also a small test to see if anyone is interested and how many. That way I'll know if it's worth putting the effort into it and posting.

So... here we go!

Words - what is said from the view of my new character. Think of it like when Rose does that narration on Doomsday about her life, or Clara when she's falling through the Doctor's timeline.

"words" - quotes that will appear in the series, wether they're already in it or are original for my work. Some of them you'll recognise, I hope - not just from DW, but possibly from a couple of other things I like...

If you know who I am... don't bother telling me. I've had a million names and forgotten a million more.

I thought I was normal, but I was so wrong...

"The world you thought was fiction is real."

My life turned upside down in an instant. Everything I thought I knew was gone, my memories drifting away like confetti in the wind.

Sometimes I can catch them, sometimes they still slip away.

"Who am I?! WHO AM I?!"

But while I can still remember, I can tell you this:

I am bigger than Bad Wolf.

"You're gonna burn!"

"No, she won't, not right away. I have taken that fire."

I will witness more than The Man Who Can Never Die.

"You have no idea what I've seen!"

I will travel farther than the Woman Who Walked The Earth.

"What you were, what you are, and what you will become: no being in this plane of existence will ever comprehend!"

"You are not prepared for the journey ahead..."

I will be more important than The Most Important Woman in the Universe.

"I trust him to the end of the universe, and her even further. And actually, we've been."

"You cannot die. YOU MUST NOT DIE!"

I have lived far longer than The Girl Who Waited, and will follow The Last Centuran.

"Why me?! What makes me so special?!"

I am beyond The Impossible Girl.

"So this is where you started..."

I can be everything and nothing. The world is my oyster and my play toy.

"You didn't know? You possess a rare gift..."

"You call this a gift?!"

But what will I do?

"Never have I seen it before."

Authors note

As you've probably figured out even before you read this note, my oc is mentioning certain people in the series, and then you see someone speaking right after. Now, while it doesn't necessarily mean that specific person is talking, the quote is connected depending on what is said, where it's being said and who might be saying it. It might be a direct connection, or it might be a small link between who the name refers to and what was said and where. I'm trying to keep it vague so you don't piece it all together so soon lol
