This is the sequel to Revolutionary Regrets I. It doesn't really matter which order you read them in though. Even though we can consider this to be in England's point of view, neither poem, technically, can only be interpreted as a US-UK relationship (platonic or otherwise), but they were based off of the two's relationship and the Revolutionary War. They can be interpreted as just two regular people. I figured I would post them anyway, however, under this fandom.

I dedicate these poems to my girlfriend, who is my Iggy!~ ^_^ I promise to always be your Alfie!~ Te amo!~

I was lost,

Then you found me.

My 'little brother,'

Then my enemy.

You saw me cry,

Down on my knees.

But you stayed silent,

As I begged, 'Please!'

You love the sky,

I love the sea.

While we're there,

We are free.

I bound your wings,

I locked the cage.

But still you smiled,

I saw no rage.

You broke the binds,

I tried to stop you.

But you fought back,

And now I've lost you.

Now oceans of tears,

Keep us apart.

We're still not free,

We've locked our hearts.
