Technology was everywhere around him, and he had the newest gadgets of Panem. The president supplied him with all the stuff he needed to make the 23rd annual Hunger Games the best there ever was.
And he will succeed.
Richard Blue Eacherdale will be the most famous gamemaker there ever was.
