Author's Note: Just a little 100 word drabble about the touch that seemed to rock the internet. I had first intended this for when Lizzie touched Darcy... but after seeing ep 84, it seemed to fit better.
So here it is, 100 words about Touches. Please R&R
Touching Home.
He didn't think that it would have been that easy, that natural.
He thought he would feel the earth move.
Or electricity spark...
His skin would tingle...
That when he touched Lizzie Bennet he would feel nervous and nauseous and uncertain and hopeful all at once.
But he didn't. Not really.
Maybe it was because she was upset and he wanted to protect her. Because she needed him.
But it was like when she had touched his arm that day. He knew, just like that.
For the first time since his parents died, William Darcy knew how it felt to come home.
