Harry was having a hard time finding a date for the Yule ball he had tried Cho she was going with Cedric. Harry in the mean time was sitting at dinner and was looking at the Hufflepuff table and saw her. Hannah Abbott the one girl during second year who believed he wasn't the Heir of Slytherin and tried convincing her friends. She did it again this year when her friends believed he put is name in the Goblet she stuck by him even though no knowing him.
He stood up and walked over to the Hufflepuff table and sat down across from her and Susan bones one of her best friends. " umm Hannah I was wondering if you wanted to go to the ball with me."
She looked up from her plate and had a look of surprise on her face " why Harry do you want to go with me."
He was thinking it was a no he still had hope " well Hannah twice you have stuck by me not knowing me."
She didn't think he knew she liked him and the dance would be the perfect place to tell him or hint him in. " Sure Harry I would love to go to the ball with you."
Harry stood did a small bow " we will talk more of this later but for now I must get to class and I don't want to be late to potions."
The rest of the day went by slowly for Harry he still couldn't believe what he did at breakfast and were the courage came from. He realized that this weekend was Hogsmeade he wondered if Hannah would go with him. Then he smacked himself where were these thoughts coming from all of a sudden.
He sat with his friends but he kept catching glances at Hannah at her long blonde ponytail the curves on her body. He shock his head he got up and was ready to leave when he decided to take one last look at her and that was a deciding point. He turned back to the table and sat down across from her " so Hannah I know you agreed to be my date for the Yule ball but how about going to Hogsmeade with me this weekend."
She looked dumbfounded and was thinking maybe that Harry had finally caught on she got a evil thought. " sorry Harry I promised Susan that the Hogsmeade weekends would be with her unless I had a boyfriend."
Susan looked at her confused " Hannah I don……." the rest was cut off as she received a elbow to her ribs and a glare from Hannah.
Harry at that point knew what was going on but he decided he didn't care " so let me get this straight in order to spend a weekend alone with you I have to be your boyfriend."
Hannah nodded her head " yep that's pretty much it I never break my promises he don't want me to start now."
He smirked he got up and walked away that's not how Hannah imagined it was supposed end up him asking her out. Then she heard a whisper in her ear " so Hannah you want to be my girlfriend."
She got a smile on her face and turned around and grabbed his face pulled him down and kissed him. The whole hall got quiet and wolf whistled she ended the kiss " bout time you got the hint."
