Owen had a day off and planned to spend it at home at the trailer. He had been working quite a lot lately and it was nice to just relax for couple of days. Owen had s slow moving, and was laying in bed. It was definitely a lazy day for him today.
Eventually he got up out of bed and headed towards the bathroom to shower. He got cleaned up and then got dressed. He made his breakfast and after that he decided to take a walk. The day was a bit cool out when he went for a walk in the woods.
Owen stumbled on a family of bears and then runs the other way. He managed to escape the bear family but he didn't watch his footing landed on his right right arm and he heard a crunch sound. He winced when he got towards his feet. Owen saw he was going to need stitches for the wound.
He sighs and realized he also had a broken right arm. He pulled off his shirt and wrapped it around the wound and he decided to call 911. The EMT arrived under 10 minutes and took him into the hospital and left him with the interns and nurses.
Cristina looks at the Clock and said " 12.02 pm. " She storms out of the OR.
Cristina had been on call this afternoon , she also hated being on call because it kept her away from Owen. She loved that man so much. Cristina was closing up on the man that she lost on an open heart surgery when the news of a bear attack was alerted to all the Interns or Residents who where on call that morning or Afternoon.
Cristina got paged to the trauma gown when she nearly crashed into Meredith her person.
Meredith was panting " Cristina , it's Owen."
Cristina stood there and her heart at that moment sank to her toes and she runs to the pit. She located Owen's bed and runs over to him
"What the hell happened Owen?"
Owen looks at Cristina but was somewhat out of it and was slowly coming out of his shock. He was in so much pain and was wondering when he was going to get Morphine to knock out the pain. He was slightly little dizzy
Owen looks at Cristina " Ran into a family of bears." Owen begins to winced because he moved his arm the wrong , he bangs his head on his pillow. Cristina noticed he was more miserable now when he moved his arm. Cristina walked over to Owen's side were the Morphine Iv wa and gave Owen little more so he can feel little more Comfortable. Cristina holds his left hand since Own broke his right arm while watching the Interns take a portable X-Ray of Owen's Right arm.
