You're my friend, aibou, my other soul, my light

And yet somehow, I betrayed your trust

And I promise I'll save you, I'll win this fight

I knew it was wrong, but luring it was, Orichalcos stone bright,

The darkness in my heart could not resist the power, the lust

You're my friend, aibou, my other soul, my light

You tried to stop me, holding my arm tight

But when I escaped, you vanished in a green gust

And I promise I'll save you, I'll win this fight

Look at me now, "The Mighty Pharaoh", what a sight

Tears streaming down, screaming in pain, punching the dust

You're my friend, aibou, my other soul, my light

I know what I must do to make this all right

I need to defeat this evil with Timaues, I must

And I promise I'll save you, I'll win this fight

I feel so alone Yugi, aibou, without your pure light

But I know what to do, and so I shout from the dust
