Saiyuki Fantasy X
A.N This is the first fanfic that i've ever had an Beta! So this story follows Final Fantasy X. So please review.
Chapter 1
The Temple of the Setting Sun
"Genjyo Sanzo you are to go to the West and stop Sin from destroying the peace of the world. You are to travel with your Guardians, Sha Gojyo, Cho Hakkai, Son Goku and Gojun. And stop thismadness." said the old Sanbutshin.
"Yes sir." Summoner Genjyo Sanzo relied.
"But be aware, that this journey will take your life. You will sacrifice everything you have accomplished so far."
"I'm prepared to give my life. And complete this task in any means neccesary." Sanzo kneeled to show his sincerity.
The three Sanbutshin heads nodded. "Very well, from this day forth, you are known as Summoner Genjyo Sanzo. Come Summoner, meet your destiney."
Sanzo got up, and walked towards a statue of a strange bird like creature set upon a pedestal, and as soon as Sanzo touched the stone a strange light engulfed him.
'So you wish to defeat Sin?'
Sanzo turned to see a ghostly figure of a young boy floating over the satute and nodded. "I need to defeat Sin without any failure. I want to make my master, Summoner Koumyou Sanzo, proud."
'Yes, we heard of your story, and this is the destiny you chose?" Questioned the aeon spirit.
Outside of the temple four figures stood waiting for the summoner to come out from the inner chambers.
"Man, this is so boring. Why is baldy head so slow?" the red head whined.
"Don't complain Gojyo, you are lucky that the Gods are even allowing us to join Sanzo. Plus we need to find out where Goku is from." said Hakkai.
The three turned to the young boy that had brown hair and golden eyes, looking towards the temple doors.
"Hey Hakkai, is it really dangerous in there?" asked Goku.
Hakkai nodded. "Yes first Sanzo has to do the trials."
Before Goku could respond the temple doors opened to reveal none other than Sanzo.
"I did it. I've finally becom a true summoner." said Sanzo.
