Bleeding Rain
Bleeding Rain
By: Sara Tinsley
I bare the scars of my past.
The battles were too great at times;
But after the battles I've lost.
I'd let the rain cleanse my body,
Washing off the blood from my battered body.
Though you can't see the crimson color,
I only can.
Because I had slayed so many in the past.
I can never forget their faces.
Their screams still ring in my ears.
The pure terror in their eyes.
I can never forget that.
But the rain allows me to sleep,
As it washes away all of my mortal sins.
And I feel some-what pure once again.
But all to soon,
I'll be fighting again.
And covered with
The blood of my victims
People fear and hate me
But the rain accepts and befriends me.
So that is why I carry the title of
"The Bleeding Rain"
