"OK, Paul, it's your turn to spin the bottle!" Ash cried cheerily, once he'd finished kissing the partner said bottle had picked for him; Trip.
"Yeah, whatever," the purple-haired teen retorted, spinning the bottle unenthusiastically. He still wasn't quite sure why he'd agreed to this stupid game, besides the promise of fifty bucks if he stayed in for five rounds. Still, was it really worth the money…?
Everyone watched as the bottle spun, but no-one was quite as excited for it to stop as Barry. He had the biggest crush on the stoic teen known only as Paul, and now he actually had a chance to get a kiss from him!
"OK, Paul and Barry, you're up!" Ash said happily as the bottle stopped.
Paul rolled his eyes. Of course that stupid bottle had to pick the most annoying kid known to man for him to kiss. Ash was one thing, but when it came to hyperactivity and unhealthy levels of cheeriness, Barry was in a league of his own.
"Right, let's do this," Paul sighed, and he planted a chaste kiss on Barry's cheek, earning an enormous smile from the blonde boy.
"Paul~ you gotta give him more than that!" Ash insisted when he pulled away.
"What?! I kissed him, didn't I? Someone else spin the stupid bottle already!" Paul moaned.
Everyone else shook their heads.
"If you want us to give you that fifty bucks, you have to kiss Barry properly!" Gary piped up.
"On the lips, or no money for you!" Trip teased.
Paul realised that there was no way out of this one. "Fine!" he huffed.
And with that, Paul grabbed Barry and gave him a huge, long passionate kiss.
"Happy now?" Paul remarked.
"Yeah, very," Barry sighed.
"I wasn't talking to you!" Paul grumbled, as the next person took their turn…
