Lies that's all he heard… The funeral, the apologies, the condolences, the comforting words, and the smiles that told him they were happy to have him around. All Lies…

And so he wandered with the only thing he could trust vanguard. The only thing that made people tell him the truth and the only way he can communicate.

He was an obstacle; he understood that no fighter considered him a friend. He was only something to overcome. The Peerless fighter, if only the name was true.

Ren Suzugamori was never a friend, that much he knew. He's unsure if he wanted Ren to be. Ren was a rival, someone who had the potential to be him, now that excited him…

But then Psyqualia came in and it changed him. The power it self he doesn't mind, it'd make the fight more exciting honestly. But Ren's new personality he couldn't stand that and coastally dealing with Foo fighters are their inflated egos, with their Lies. So he left and never looked back.

Aichi Sendou, he has no idea what to think of him. He seems earnest enough but then again so did Ren at first… but Aichi's fights were fun. He hadn't played a fun match in forever.

Aichi Sendou was a friend, so was the rest of Q4. He doesn't remember the last time made a friend since Miwa. It's nice to have friends…

And then Ren came back with Tetsu and foo fighter right behind him. Honestly he probably would've just moved again if it weren't for his friends. His friends who were hurt because of him. If Ren wanted a fight, He would give him one.

All these Foo fighters are liars; he realized that more and more as he made his way through the building. Not even one of Ren's AL4 members could give him fired up even a little.

Then his world was shattered Tetsu said Aichi had Psyqualia. His friend had Psyqualia, oh how he wished that was a lie.

Aichi wouldn't quit vanguard, He doesn't know why that stupid idea came into his head but he had to do something. He needed to protect Aichi and so he did the only thing he could think of. He lied; he said he threw the match, a pretty obvious lie honestly.

He lost… so now he's lied twice how annoying.

Aichi won, he doesn't know how honestly. But now He wants to fight Aichi as a rival not as a friend. He got his wish…

He was going to lose again… His peerless fighter title seemed more and more like a lie. Maybe it always was. He was always a liar how ironic. He was always weak. Toshiki Kai was weak that's the truth he reached.

But then his units called out to him. They urged him on, they urged him not to give up. It was a weird experience, he honestly couldn't tell if he was the vanguard or his units were. Maybe both of them were, He and his units won the match not one or the other.

He wants to play again. Ah he lost this one still it was fun.

Aichis crying how weird he just won.

Has he really not smiled that much? He could've sworn he had.

He'll have to work on that for his friends sake.
