It's finally here! Tomoe is going to accompany me for a Birthday date! I squealed at the thought of it. Since we never got to spend our alone time for my birthday, I'm really excited. I look through my closet to see the best clothes that I have. I wonder which clothes would surprise Tomoe the most... Just as I was thinking, a knock surprised me outside my door. A familiar shadow hovers over the door.
"Nanami, it's me" a sweet voice came through the door. Himemiko-chan! I closed my closet and rushed to open the door. Himemiko-chan stood there in the human form, wearing a yukata. She always looks so cute! I let her into my room and we sat on the cushions.
"I heard it's your birthday and that you were about to go for a date with Tomoe, so I rushed to get you ready. Happy Birthday." Himemiko-chan grinds her teeth together to show happiness.
"It's okay, I really can't ask a lot of help from you," I said, remembering all the help that she gave me to push me and Tomoe into our relationship.
"Nonsense! Nanami has also helped me and Kotarou be together. You deserve this. Think of it as a birthday present." Himemiko-chan said. She really is kind. "Besides, you do not have any clothes that you prefer, do you?" I blushed a little bit, considering the fact that yes, I did not see any clothes that I wanted to wear for my date.
Himemiko-chan brought a huge box, that is filled with cute clothes, hair accessories and matching handbags and shoes. My eyes shined at the look of this. She gave me a few clothes to start with, but then decided on 1 outfit. The clothes looked good on me, a mini skirt with black base and red and navy blue lines forming a checkered print. Himemiko-chan chose navy blue shirt with black cropped jacket and red scarf. I wore a dark grey knee-socks with red shoes that has low heels. Himemiko-chan took out a red and blue hair clips/pins to put on the side of my hair.
I know it's short, but I need to finish my essay and papers for today, and I don't have enough time to make any next week. So I will try to finish this chapter tomorrow (aka Friday March 18) Again, I am really sorry.
