Introduction: Four years after the great war in the Northern Hemisphere, Anea is in tranquility. However, in the Sotuh, the Hasean Continent, is bitter, and in danger of extinction.

The year is 2019. The Hasean Continent is in a state of both Emergency and War. It is the second year of armed clashes. The roots of the conflict had surfaced in the opening of 2013, two years prior to the war in the North. Due to weather problems in the South, the delegates in the 3rd Hasean Convention decided to support the idea of a 'Weather Machine'. The idea had been suggested before, but it was declined, the poloiticians explaining that the situation was not so dire. A 'Weather Machine'. Capable of controlling the Weather Conditions around the world. That was their goal.

February 2nd, 2016. The Weather Station is complete. Modelled after a Ballistic Missile platform, it was to be nearly impregnable. Shielded by a nuclear-blast safe covering, the whole station was the pinnacle of technology.
Sure, the ones in the Southern Osean hemisphere may have had an Aerial Fortress, but this. This was at the height of its time. This machine would surely solve the South's problems.

Or was it to be so?

Tensions began forming around 2017, when the two main superpowers, Nisan and Lathia, were not seeing eye to eye. Nisan, said they were to use it for the whole of Hasea. While Lathia, the more aggressive nation, preferred to use it for the most powerful of nations. Now, these two countries have seen the opposite side of things for quite a while. Since the 17 century they've been enemies. But armed clashes were extremely rare.

That is... until now.

The Principality of Lathia became so enraged with the Republic of Nisan's ideals, that its military generals gave the order to launch nuclear attacks at Nisan's major landmarks. Like the capitol, Dector. Taking this as an obvious act of war, the President signed the extra critical 'Retaliation Documents'. This was it. The first time Nisan and Lathia had engaged in bloody battle since the Middle Ages. It was the climax of everyone's life in the Southern Hemisphere. Soon enough, neighborhoods fell quiet, cities were in silent awe, and countries were in a deadlock. The only sounds that could be heard were the sounds of afterburner, tanks rolling by, soldiers marching, and the distant 'boom' of destructive weapons.

And even as the soldiers fight, only a few are left wondering... what is the meaning of it? What is the meaning of war?
