Author's Note: Don't think I've written a strait-up deathfic in a while...have I?

Guns are funny, I think.

There really just chunks of metal, sculpted and bent into this little handle bar shape, with gun powder sticking to the shell like glue. There useless things, really. Okay, you can smack someone upside the head with it, or chuck it a few feet, but still. By themselves, they're nothing more then toys.

With bullets, on the other hand...

There's a bang and another bang and another bang, and each one sends a shiver of pain down my spine, but I don't really understand until bloods on my hands and my skin and people are screaming. Then, I get it. Kind of a rude wake up call, if you ask me.

I'm on my knees, then my back, and I'm looking strait at her, Starfire. She's staring down at me, her eyes wide, and she's whispering in Tamaranian, and I think she forgot to speak English.

The darkness tunnels around her face until it's only her bright, brilliant eyes that I can see, and soon, even that's gone.

Beast Boy hated suits. He always had, since he was a peach skinned, one-formed kid. He had always despised suits. Especially at funerals. They made everything worse, suits.

"You okay?" Raven whispered beside him, as they watched the priest go on and on with hymns he'd said so many times.

"Why'd I have to wear a suit?" he whispered back, though not really caring whether he was answered or not. He was just tired.

"Be respectful," was the only thing she offered. The only color on her face was the pink of her eyes, puffy and glistening with tears she incessantly wiped away.

Starfire whimpered, and her long black dress shimmered as she covered her face.

Cyborg said nothing, absolutely nothing. For days, completely silent. Nothing but curses had escaped his lips since the gun went off.

All of them, the Titans, the allies, lined themselves around the gaping hole. Batman was noticebly absent, much to the Titans disdain. Even Clark Kent had the decency to show his face.

It was a long process, lots of speaking, lots of crying. Starfire was the first who stepped forward, dropping a brilliant red rose into the ground, and stumbled away, towards the T-Car. No one stopped her.

Their friend was lowered into the ground, and that was the end of it.

Author's Note: Yes, I know this is pointless. I was gonna add more, but I got bored.

I think I'll add a companion, with the Titan people moping around afterwords. Look out for that.
