"Happy Birthday, Rin" those words coming out from Haru's mouth while handing Rin a plate of mackerel. Rin did nothing, he just stood there, staring at him. Haru stared back, it was a moment of silence. Rin wasn't surprised that Haru gave him a mackerel, in fact, he was expecting it. They celebrated Rin's birthday at Haru's house. Makoto and the others didn't come to celebrate with them. They just stopped by for a little to give Rin his gift. A party with just Haru and Rin. Great. How lively is that?
Rin and Haru baked the cake together. It was a simple cake with lots of fruits. Haru cooked most of the food because Rin would sometimes burn them. It was a special day for Rin, a special day for him means a special day for Haru. Rin sat beside Haru, he leaned on him. His head was resting on Haru's shoulder. They ate, played games, and chatted. Rin is now laying on Haru's lap. They were talking about airplanes, swimming dogs, the peeling of a banana, and more weird things. Haru bent down a little and tried to kiss Rin, however Rin was on guard so he was able to protect his lips.
"Let me kiss you." Haru said.
"No"
Haru was shocked, his lover didn't want to kiss him on such a special day that really got him, he wore a sad face when suddenly he felt a peck on his cheek.
"Don't get depressed by just that, idiot."
