Caleb came around the corner in a temper. He glared at the back of Reid's head as the blonde continued talking to Tyler, unaware of the wrath about to descend upon him. He twigged something was wrong as Tyler stopped talking mid sentence, staring over his shoulder at Caleb. Reid turned. For an instant everything was still as the boys eyes met. The with a mad cackle Reid took off.
Caleb took off at almost the same instant and was soon pursuing the smaller blonde by up the slope. His bag hit the ground beside Tyler almost simultaneously with Caleb meeting the hill.
Pogue came around that table to where Tyler stood for a better view.
"What do you reckon Reid did?"
"No idea."
The smaller boy danced along ahead of him. Although Caleb was taller Reid was lighter than he was. The blonde boy exploited this fact, leaping gracefully onto a rock and, just for a moment, striking a pose. Then Caleb was at the base of the rock and Reid was off again. Caleb tried to jump a couple of times and failing that ran around the rock and took off again after Reid who was, by this time, far ahead of him.
Reid jumped over the two boys bags and through a gap in the benches all in one graceful leap. He landed slightly crouched, regained his balance and then was off again. Caleb followed him, having learned from his mistake he went around his friends and their bags
The pair rounded the buildings of the school and dashed out of sight though Reid's mad laughter and Caleb's shouted swear words.
Ahahaha now everyone review and tell me what you think Reid did.
