A brunette siting behind a large wooden desk was busy finishing the last pile of paperwork he had for the day. A sigh could be heard as he placed the last sheet he just signed onto a stack of papers two meters high. Looking around to make sure not a single paper was missed he smiled to himself as he realized he was finished. As he stood up a knock was heard at the door.

*knock knock*

"Sorry to disturb you Decimo, but it's time," a butler bowed and informed his boss.

"Thank you I will be there in a moment," the brunette replied. As soon as the door was closed he stood up and stretched. 'Guess it's already that time' he thought as he grabbed his jacket and headed for the door. As he was about to open it, it burst open and he was kicked in the head by a flying teen.

"Dame-Tsuna hurry up you're the last one!" the young teen said with a smirk as he straightened out his jacket.

"REBORN! That hurt! What did you do that for?" Tsuna yells as he rubbed the back of his head, a red mark also forming on his forehead. After all these years somehow Reborn still managed to surprise attack him every chance he got.

"That was your punishment. You were taking too damn long." Reborn said with a smirk. Tsuna realized he was never going to get a reasonable answer for why Reborn loved to pick on him. Call it tough love. As he stood up he looked at the now ex- Arcobaleno. It still amazed him that after the curse was broken the hitman started to age at about 1.5X the normal rate. According to Verde they should go back to the normal growth rate once they hit the age they were before they were turned into Arcobaleno. Reborn now looked about the age of a 13 year old. "All the others are gathered downstairs waiting," Reborn said as he started walking away.

"I know and I was headed that way when you attacked me! Always with the unnecessary violence," Tsuna said with a sign, the last part he muttered under his breath.

"Hmm what was that Dame-Tsuna?" Reborn had his Leon gun pointed at Tsuna, his usual threat. "HH-HIEEE! Nothing!" Tsuna was shaking his head and denying that he was talking back to the hitman.

When the duo finally made it to where everyone had gathered, Tsuna looked a bit roughed up and tired. Everyone turned and smiled, which in turn made Tsuna feel relaxed and at ease.

"Juudaime!" Gokudera greeted when he saw the brunette walk up.

"Yo Tsuna." Yamamoto said with his usual carefree smile.

"EXTREME HELLO SAWADA!" Ryohei said as he punched the air.

"Bossu." Chrome bowed her head and smiled.

"Tsuna-nii." Lambo ran up to Tsuna and grabbed his hand, pulling him to walk faster. Lambo had grown a foot taller and his afro had finally started to calm down. "Come on Mamma is waiting for us to return!" Lambo was excited to return to Japan.

Tsuna and his guardians had gone to Italy during their Spring Vacation before school started up again. By the beginning of high school Reborn had finally gotten Tsuna to accept the fact he was going to be inheriting the title Vongola Decimo. Tsuna, Reborn, and Nono had decided to wait until Tsuna graduated high school before he was officially given the title Decimo. Since then he has been making frequent trips to Italy to meet with Nono (aka his grandpa) and preparing to take over.

"Ok mina. Let's go home." Everyone followed their gravity defying haired sky as he led them out the door. They were all excited to go back and begin their last year, well all but Lambo and Ryohei as Lambo was still in elementary school and Ryohei now worked for the Vongola Corporation (secretly doing missions and other stuff along with Mukuro and Hibari). As they all got on the plane that would take them home Tsuna began to wonder what this year was going to be like. He shuddered at the thought.

"Everything ok Juudaime?" Gokudera asked worry all over his face.

"Gokudera. I've told you before, please stop calling me that. Call me Tsuna." Tsuna said as he sighed and looked at his storm guardian. "And yes I'm fine. I'm just having the usual debate with myself if I should keep up my act as Dame-Tsuna or just show everyone that I grew out of that nickname years ago. Life would be easier if I stop, but then I don't want them to start asking questions. That's another headache I'd much rather avoid."

"But Juu-" one look from Tsuna and Gokudera corrected himself. "I mean Tsuna-sama. I still don't see why you pretend. If everyone saw how amazing you are they'll regret making fun of you all these years. After all Juu- Tsuna-sama is wonderful and everyone should show respect to you."

Tsuna just sighed again before making up his mind. "I think I will just play it safe for one more year. Then once I graduate I won't have to worry about it anymore." He told his guardians and Reborn about his decision. The latter not being happy being Tsuna's home tutor and all. But after Tsuna explains why and the dangers of the class knowing Reborn decides to go along for the time being.

~after arriving at Namimori Airport~

"I'm ho- LAMBO is home Mamma!" Tsuna was interrupted by Lambo as they walked into the house. I-pin and Nana came out from the kitchen and greeted the boys. Tsuna smiled and greeted his mom again. Picking up and hugging I-pin when she ran to him. Once he set her down he made his way to his room.

"I'll be upstairs if you need me." Tsuna shouted to his mom as he made his way up Reborn following. "Ok Tsu-kun. I'm glad you made it home safely. Dinner will be ready in an hour." Nana said as she watched her boys walk away.

After dinner Tsuna got ready for bed. As he waited for sleep he thought about the next day. The first and last day of a normal school life because once he graduates there is no turning back from his destiny as Vongola Decimo. With that thought he drifted off to sleep.
