Pressing down harder then was strictly neccessary , Annabeth deleted her opening statement sighing as she stared hopefully at the blank expanse of her project, as if by magic Microsoft Office would roght her term paper for her. No such Luck.
The only movement across the screen was the tiny box that popped up in the lower right hand corner , proudly displaying C_weed_BRAIN, meaning, of course, she had a message from Percy, no doubt hoping she ad at least started her term paper so she could go over and help him with his. Closing her eye's she counted down from ten. and dragged the mouse over to the littke box and clicked the 'x'.
She didn't need any distractions.
She started again , typing slowly as her brain spun.

Sighing she selected all and cut the text trying to think.
A familiar buzzing demanded her attention, and looking down she bit her lip

Closing her phone she cursed her Debate teacher under her breath, her and Leo had been pinging a set of blue prints for a new cabin at camp back and forth for weeks, finalising details, whether the attachement was for the new cabin , specifically for teaching newbies basic Latin/Greeek, or a new idea altogether, she did like shooting down Leo's idea's or attaching her own flair.
Turning back to her screen she started again.

Wrinkling up her nose she cut the text and opened up an internet tab , hoping some research might spur her brain on.
Of course her facebookwas already opened and a dozen or so posts about this party or that bar flashed across the screen and of course a message from facebook, PIPER MCLEAN poked you!
She didn't see the need for the exclamation mark ,and squasing down the urge to poke Piper back, it would only have her up all night in a Facebook war, closing the tab she opened up google and began to search.
Where she would normally skip over Wikipedia, it wasn't entirely accurate and one should never use the first option to show up, she was seriously uninspired, of course instead of finding an article on equal marriage rights she had a page full of homophobic slurs. Slamming her laptop closed in frustration she growled.
"Somebody's worked up"
Sighing she forced a smile and turned to look at Reyna lounging across their sofa, she had finshed her own work hours ago.
"I can't come up with a good opening line, I feel to close to the debate and anythign I can come up with just seems too emotonal, besides anybody on the opposing side will use my homosexuality as a weapon against meand I just can't seem t-"
She was cut short as Reyna's hand slid around her waist and the taller girl kissed her , "Equal Marraige huh?" she asked "Well I suppose there's only one way to get you inspired for that debate , Why don't I show you what we could do if we were married?"
Pressing her body against Reyna's she let her hands wander " Well, " she murmered "A-anyhting for the ah goooood of educatio-uh-n"
