Chapter 1. An S-Rank Mission Part 1
One year has passed since the Akatsuki leader, Pain, attacked Konoha. Naruto was now a 17 year-old teen and has grown up a lot; actually, he even managed to bring Sasuke back. At that time the village was already rebuilt. It was a normal, sunny day, when suddenly Naruto appeared all worn-out, with a lot of cuts and bruises, at the village's Main Gate, carrying Sasuke unconscious on his back. The guards noticed what was happening; one of them took the boys to the hospital, while the other one went inform the Godaime about her little brother's succeeded mission.
That was exactly 4 months ago. Naruto was having lunch at his favorite Ramen restaurant in the world, Ichiraku.
"Welcome!" The old man yelled out as he heard the bells, that inform him that someone entered his restaurant, ringing. "OH, Yon---… Naruto, it's you. Having the usual today?"
"Hey old man. Yeah, I guess." The blonde took Gama out of his pocket and, as he opened it, a lot of air came blowing out of it.
"Hmmm… today I'll only have 5 bowls, or I'll get broke." After he was done with his fifth bowl someone tapped his shoulder. Naruto turned around and saw an Anbu-Black-Oop.
"Naruto-sama," He started. "Hokage-sama has an important mission assigned to you. She needs to see you right away."
"Alright! Hey, old man, the bill's on this guy." Naruto pointed at the Black-Oop.
"What???" He looked at the bill and by then the blonde nr.1, hyperactive knucklehead ninja was already far away. "NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO" He heard. Naruto burst out laughing.

Special Features: Member of the Haruno clan. Genjutsu type. Sakura is a Medical ninja trained by the Godaime Hokage. Uses mostly Taijutsu.
Tsunade was looking at the mission document. The four ninja assigned for this mission and Shizune were in front of her.
"Tsunade-sama," Tsunade put the document on her desk and waited for Shizune to continue. "I know these ninja are powerful Jonin, but is it really wise to send Naruto-kun on this mission? I mean… Akatsuki DOES want him after all."
"Shizune…" Tsunade said. "I know you're concerned, but I believe in the brat." Tsunade said giggling. "I think these ninja are up to it." Everyone smiled "Ok, now!" she continued "The four of you have half an hour to get ready. You are to leave as soon as possible. Hinata, your eyes can help you find Akatsuki, and Naruto your fox-senses can, too. The team leader is Naruto."
What is she talking about?Hinata thought. She was confused. Fox-senses?
"You are dismissed."
Each one went their own way and got ready quickly for their journey. Soon enough, they met at the front gate. Naruto, with his excitement, was the first one to arrive.
"EHHH? Where is everyone?"He sounded a bit annoyed. "Are you joking? I packed my stuff as fast as I could, trying not to be late and now I have to WAIT?!"
"No need to rush, moron" He heard. Naruto turned around and saw Sasuke. "There is no time limit for this mission."
"Yeah… but it's an S-RANK FOR CRYING OU- - -"
"Wait! Sakura and Hinata will be here soon."
"Fine!" Naruto said unpleased sitting on the floor with his arms crossed looking moody.
"Speaking of which… do you still have a crush on Sakura?"
"Naaah… I gave up on her. I got sick and tired of being rejected. And after all, she only has eyes for you." Sasuke blushed a little and turned his face back at the village. "Hey… Sasuke! Are you blushing?"
"Baka, of course not." He answered. "Sooo… who ARE you after?"
"No one in particular." Sasuke grinned. He knew how Naruto felt for Hinata. When is he finally going to admit it? He thought
"Hello." Sasuke turned his head to see who it was, but Naruto didn't move.
"Hey, Hinata." The blond replied and stood up, then turned his head around to greet her with a smile that went from ear to ear. Hinata was in her usual ninja clothes, carrying a rather big back-pack.
"Where's Sakura, we have to get going." Sasuke added impatiently. Yeah, now HE'S the one complainingNaruto thought frowning.
"I-I don't know Sasuke-kun, b-but I think I saw her heading t-to the Hokage's tower. I think s-s-she wanted to talk to Tsunade-sama." The Hyuuga answered.
"Oh, ok."
"Hehehe." Naruto laughed elbowing Sasuke. " You just want to see her again don't you?" Hinata giggled."S-s-she would be happy to know that"
"Naruto you baka!!!" Sasuke yelled and punched his friend's head "I just won't kill you because you're my brother." Naruto smirked.
"L-look!" Hinata interrupted pointing to the village "There's Sakura." The two boys looked at where she was pointing and there she was, with 3 bags: a BIG backpack, some sort of sporty-like purse and a huge bag bigger than herself. They all sweatdropped.
"What the hell, Sakura!" Naruto shouted upset, while Sasuke's eyes got white (anime style). Those are some big bags. "You made us wait just so you could bring your beauty items?!" Not that they really work."Naruto, you jerk." Sakura punched the blonde's face making him fly back and hit against a tree that, with the impact, broke into two. Hinata held her hands in front of her mouth, worried.
"Sigh… here they go again…" the raven haired boy said, then he noticed Hinata's expression and whispered something in her ear. "Don't worry. He is used to this." She relaxed a bit.
Sakura picked Naruto up shaking him and yelling.
"I got through all the trouble to buy us a tent and all we need to camp and that's how you thank me? You have GOT to …!"
"Sakura, stop" Sasuke interrupted. Sakura let Naruto fall to the ground staring at the raven-haired and blushing. As Naruto hit the ground he mumbled something about violence. Hinata giggled.
"HUUUH??? Did you say SOMETHING, Naruto?" Sakura yelled.
"Come on…" Hinata said "Sakura, Naruto-kun we have to plan things." She didn't stutter! Naruto got up, opened a scroll and took a pencil out. Then he closed his eyes and his body tensed for a bit, he started sniffing the air, which was very weird for Hinata, and then returned to normal. Naruto sat down, so did his teammates, and painted a map of the 5 Great Nations. Sakura, Sasuke and Hinata watched carefully as he marked exactly the middle of the Kaminari no Kuni (Land of Lightning) with a thick X.
"This is where Akatsuki is located right now." He explained pointing at the mark. "We don't know if they plan to stay there the whole time, so at the end of each day Hinata and I will try and see where they are. If they stay in this spot then we continue, but if they move out, we have to plan our next moves carefully."
"It will take us about 2 days to pass the border and 3 to get to that point." Sasuke continued explaining."Sakura got us a tent and food that should last for about fifteen days. As soon as the sun starts to set we settle down and start to set up the tent. By the time we are finished it will be already dinner-time."
"Y-y-you can leave our d-dinner to me." Hinata offered. "I-I'm used to work down a-at the Hyuuga mansion."
"Leave the dinner to the girls." Sakura said and gave the boys a smile.
"OK, thanks." Naruto said, packed the scroll and pencil in his back-pack and stood up. "It's about time we get going. LET'S GO TEAM!"
"H-hai!"
"Whatever loser, let's just get going."
They headed toward the Kaminari no Kuni.
