A drabble on Sirius' thoughts as he plans his escape from Azkaban.
I never thought I could be this unlucky. I never thought my life could be stripped from me in a matter of hours. I never thought Crouch would sink so low as to do this to me. I never thought the ministry could do this to me.
I never thought James would die. I never thought Peter would betray me. I never thought Remus would renounce me. I never thought Harry would forget me. I never thought I could lose all hope. I never thought it would come to this.
I never thought Azkaban would be so easy to escape.
