She plays in the backyard of their house with older sister, the sun shining down on them. Reyna can't remember much from that day, as it was decades upon decades ago. But, she remembers being happy. Happier than she'd ever been with Jason or Percy. Probably the happiest she's ever been.

The sunset is bright and warm and it's perfect when Jason pulls out a beautiful promise ring. But somehow, in all her happiness, she feels dread in her stomach, like she knows something bad is going to happen.

She can feel it all comes crashing down, without her half to support her. Without her best friend, her lover, without her Jason, she can feel Rome crumbling out of her hands and she's powerless to stop it.

It's when Jason and Percy pull away that really hurts her. Not Jason's new friend blowing up her home (Though, she's angry about that). Both of the people she depended on are gone. Jason, Percy, Hylla. They're all gone.

Rome has turned to Octavian's side and she's left alone. A black sheep among her kin.

When she get's Annabeth's message, Reyna doesn't hesitate to respond. She needs to make sure Jason is okay because she's worried for her best friend and the person she loves. Reyna also doesn't hesitate because she owes Percy so much and would gladly help him and her kin, Hazel and Frank. That Leo kid can go to hell.
