the story begins in wonder land were alice is playing with her friends in wonderland the march hare and the mad hatter realiving the good times with darkwing duck un aware that the queen and king of hearts are upset the could not go after alice or the march hare and the mad hatter so they decide to team up with quacker jack and megavolt to capture alice the march hare and the mad hatter by teaming up with the evil plants so the plans were in motion everyone was captured except alice was saved by darkwing duck smoking out the plants with weed killer so before the means plants died they said you will pay for this darkwing duck meanwhile the queen and king of hearts captured 2 of alices friends with the help of quackerjack and megavolt they celebrated by drinking wine they even sang the song of we re villains until their song was interrupted by an alarm it was alice and darkwing duck riding the rat catcher to the lair of negaduck the villains heard an explosion it was alice and darkwing duck they freed the march hare and the mad hatter darkwing duck fired his gas gun with knock out gas the .s.h. agents arrested the king of hearts the queen of hearts quacker jack and megavolt sentencing them to 99 years in jail darkwing duck kissed alice good bye
