Tick, tock. Tick, tock. Tick, tock. Tick, tock.

CUCKOO!

I listened intensely to the clock, in my home, safe from the outside world. The ticking and tocking became an endless sound that I had gotten used to. I lived in a small house in a forest, near the feared Mt. Ebott. I was bored of my life, so I left my house. I left my family. I left my life. My name is Frisk. And my world is about to change.

The underground was a strange place for sure. A place with no humans scared me. Just monsters. Only monsters. It was strange. I was strange too. Since I fell on that flower bed for the first time, I felt something. Like someone was whispering in my ears and telling me what to do. Commanding me, almost. It scared me, and I wasn't sure that I'd make it out of this world.

I was scared.

Was I dying? Was someone killing me? Inside?

Then, one day, I saw her.

Chara.

She disgusts me, that little girl. The "first human". And she dispises me too. It makes me angry that she made me kill everyone, just for her enjoyment. And this is the story of how we sort of got along. How the little flower almost, just almost fixed everything.
