Authors Note:

This is a fan fiction about Stiles Stilinksi and Derek Hale from the TV show 'Teen Wolf'. I have no ties with Jeff Davis and sadly, I don't own the cast. I wrote this purely in the hope that others would enjoy it and would continue reading. Drop a review if you'd like, I'd enjoy reading them and replying to them. Thank you. And sorry it's short.

As Stiles stared out the window of the door, all he felt was regret. He regretted letting Scott find out. If Scott didn't find out, he wouldn't feel all these butterflies exploding in his stomach from worry. When the same boy he was trying to avoid popped into his view, he turned the other way, facing the white board, trying to focus his attention on what the teacher was explaining.

"Uh, hi. The Principle would like to see Stiles." The darker skinned boy told the teacher, walking in the room. There was a small chorus of 'Ohh's and 'Ahh's before the teacher hushed the class and rolled his eyes.

Sighing, the teacher nodded his head toward the door, motioning for Stiles to go with Scott. Stiles groaned, but stood up, collecting his binder and books, walking slowly towards Scott. When he shut the door the teacher began teaching the lesson again.

"Did the Principle really want to see me or were you just trying to find an excuse for me to talk to you?" Stiles questioned. Scott gave off a goofy grin in Stiles' direction and spoke, "Nope. The Principle is in a meeting with someone. I just need to talk to you."

Stiles inwardly groaned, "Well, talk. Tell me you hate me. Tell me I'm disgusting; tell me you don't want to be my friend anymore. Just get it over with."

Scott started to chuckle, which led to full-blown laughter, causing Stiles to frown at his best friend. "It's not funny!" He groaned, even more embarrassed. "You really think I'd leave my best friend just because he has a small crush on my Alpha? I couldn't leave you in your moment of need!"

Stiles' neck started to burn as he stopped and scowled at his best friend, "No. Well, kind of. I just, I was scared I'd lose my best friend because you'd be scared that I'd jump you or some crap. And it's more than a small crush…" He mumbled the last part to himself, hoping Scott wouldn't hear, which sadly, he did.

Scott choked on his own saliva, doing a double take slowing to a stop with Stiles. "How could someone love Derek the Sour Wolf?" He questioned. Stiles laughed, "I don't know, I just do. And don't call him Sour Wolf, that's what I call him."

Scott smirked, making Stiles worried, "Whatever you're thinking of, don't do it."

"I'm offended you'd even think I'd do something." He mocked gasped. "I just have a small plan that may or may not get you a boyfriend."

Stiles appreciated his friend's concern, he really did, but he just wanted to get this done himself. "No, Scott. I'm going to talk to him after school." Scott rolled his eyes, continuing to walk through the hallway, "Liar, you're going home to watch the game."

"Damn you for knowing me so well." Stiles joked, bumping Scott's shoulder, causing Scott to smile. "Well, I'm here if you need anything Stiles. And I want you to come with me after school to the training. I think Boyd and Erika could use your special brain."

"What about Isaac?" Stiles wondered aloud. Scott smirked, "Leave him, to me."
