"Dorian! Hold on for 5 minutes! I know what to do!" I shouted.

Dorian understood me with no questions and nodded towards me. I ran to my room and grabbed the ancient sword. The gem on the handle was flashing. There was no time to sit down and admire it's beauty, I ran back to aid Dorian. Just as I got back, I saw Dorian and Cain still locked in combat. With no hesitation I went and fought by Dorian's side. But Cain was too strong, it was like his power has increased ten times as much once he transformed. He knocked Dorian and I aside and we slammed hard against the wall. Judging from the pain of the impact, I'm sure I've broken some bones but it wasn't the time to worry about that.

"Celaena, I'll attack from the front! Try to sneak in from behind!" and then Dorian ran towards Cain again.

Dorian stabbed Cain in the heart but he didn't die, I ran from behind and this time, when I sent the sword through his body, he cried out and his body turned into ashes.

"We did it. WE DID IT!" I screamed with joy as I bear hugged Dorian.

*WEEKS AFTER*

The King has died and as the Crown Prince, Dorian took over the throne. He has incredible duties and responsibilities that suddenly came upon him. Many royalties flocked over the kingdom trying to get the King to marry one of their daughters. The advisors has been busy trying to convince the young new King to marry a princess as Queen. When he refuses, they ask him to at least take in a few concubines. Hearing the castle full of rumors and gossips about who'll most likely be the new Queen set me on edge. I guess it's only right that Dorian marries someone who has a high status. I haven't even seen him these pass few weeks and each day I just get more and more depressed. One day, Dorian finally came to visit me.

"Celaena, I'm so sorry, you have no idea how busy I was these pass few weeks with my father's funeral and taking over as the new King has exhausted me."

"It's okay I understand."

Dorian sighed and said, "As always, I feel the most comfortable when I'm with you. Everyone was bugging me and trying to shove their daughter at me. These pass few weeks has been awful."

"Well...as King it's only natural that you take in a wife especially when your at the age too."

"You think so too?" Dorian asked.

"Yeah, of course. Is there anyone you have in mind?"

Curiosity and jealousy has been killing me these pass few week. If I don't ask now I like I might go insane!

"Hmm...there is a someone who has managed to capture my heart."

"Oh I see."

I couldn't hide my disappointment in my words as I was about to turn away, Dorian got on one knee and said

"Will you become my Queen Celaena?"

There was so many times that I secretly dreamed that one day this will happen and today it finally did!

"OH MY GOD! YESSSS!"

So, that's the story of how Dorian sat on the throne of glass as I sat beside him as his Queen.
