Summary: Shin and Touma, exchange students and roommates in an American University, receive Easter baskets from their well-meaning parents.

Author's Notes: Spawned from a conversation with Tenkuu (-my- roommate).

Shin unwrapped everything slowly, smiling at the little touches his sister had added here and there. He had a new tin of dried jasmine tea, the kind Americans only ever dreamed of importing, and a new strainer to use it with. In tissue paper and bubble wrap, a little sugar bowl his mother had made and glazed in his favorite shade of blue. There was a little baggie of chocolate candy – not too sweet, just like he liked it – and a new pair of socks. It was charming, the thought that went into the little assortment of gifts neatly wrapped inside his care box. His mother and sister were thrilled that he was studying abroad in American and loved to try their hands at practicing American holidays. Thus, Shin put his "Easter basket" back together to be sorted out later in his room. He looked over to where Touma had unwrapped the care package he had received from his father and smiled.

"Was that for Easter, too?" he asked politely. Touma grunted in the affirmative. Shin tried again. "What did you get?"

Touma looked up at him from over the rim of his book. "Mail." Then he paused, and tried out a foreign concept known in some places as 'conversation'. "You?"

Shin tried to close the lid of the overflowing box and blushed. "…Same."
