I wake up to a feeling. A feeling that I could only describe as déjà vu. I think nothing of it and go back to sleep. When I wake up, I see that Courtney isn't there. I call her name and get no reply. I get up and see that my Traveler ring isn't on my bedside table. I run down the hall yelling, "Courtney! Courtney!" Silence. I pick up the phone and call Mark on his landline. He doesn't pick up. This is getting stranger by the second. I get dressed and take a taxi to the abandoned train station.

I run down the stairs and across the tracks. I hold my breath as I open the door with the Ravinian star. I see a man. Figgis, the merchant of death from Denduron. He slowly transforms into Zy Roder, Raider leader from Cloral. I gasp as Zy turns into Andy Mitchell. The Andy appearance slowly melts away and in its place is a tall man. Seven feet tall. Long hair. And those eyes that chill to my bone. Saint Dane. I ask him, "what are you doing here? We thought you were dead." But the word 'thought' is an understatement. We had defeated him. Halla was back to the way it should be.

He laughs. I still hate it when he laughs. "Oh Pendragon. You silly Traveler. The fact that you thought you had won made it even easier to cause chaos in the territories again. But this time they don't know what is happening and won't until the territory crumbles. And there is nothing you can do" I must have let my confusion show in my face because he says "you just wait and see. Eelong!" and disappears into the flume. I don't know what else to do so I yell "Eelong!" as well. The flume has changed. The constellations of the fallings aren't there anymore. Only the vast stars that still mean nothing to me.

The music notes are getting louder and that means I'm almost there. The last thing I think before I land is that I hope there were clothes put out for me. I walk out of the mouth of the flume and see that there are clothes. I put them on and find my way out of the giant tree. I look around and see that not much has changed after the war. The flume looked good as new and the trees are a big as ever. I walk through the mazes of tree houses and over the bridges until I finally find myself in Leeandra.
