Here's my story Phoenix
They thought of him as a demon
They taught their children to hate him
He grew up with nothing, but hate resentment and contempt
Through out the years he was abused
and belittled
when he thought he found a family
a teacher, a brother and a lover
But they weren't
His teacher never taught a thing
His brother tried to kill him for power
and his lover despised leaving him for dead
to be killed by the people he swore to protect
to save the boy who betrayed them
His soul died, but he was saved by a girl who is there but not there
She cheered for him when he didn't know
Her acts of kindness and protecting cause his
broken soul to be reborn
Reborn like phoenix from the flames and ashes
Born to sing and fight for another day
