Her name is Rebecca. She is my OC. We didn't hear a lot about Audrey's family so its like a free for all there right? Any way~ I LOVE the Once-ler so I had to write this for him. I hope you like it~

Summery: what if Once-ler got his years back? He spent all his time in the tower, alone regretting. Now he has a chance to live again! Make up for lost time. Live life as a good man. Its up to Ted to introduce him to the world again and maybe even find him a lady friend. This could be very good, or end very bad!

So! Here I am…Just our side of what I thought was Thneed-ville. Well when I left it looked like Thneed-ville, now it looks totally different! The metal walls have been taken down and there are trees!

Well I guess your curious about who I am, well I am Audrey's sister. My name is Rebecca. And where have I been? Well away at college. I was studying culinary arts and music. But now that I am done there I have decided to come home.

Back to my problem now, 4 years is a long time to be away. And a lot can happen, and apparently it did! I snap out of my dazed state and drive slowly into town. Everyone looks so…so…happy! Well they where happy before but now its different happy, its clean happy. Ugh! I know it sounds stupid but its true! I don't see O'Hare trucks any where and kids are playing, in pools, and they aren't glowing! it's amazing!

I pull up to my childhood house and step out. As I walk up to the door I bend down and feel the grass. Wait GRASS! Its real! Its not plastic! Its real freaking grass! I rub my hands all over it and feel it. Its soft and warm, I just cant get enough! Before I know it I'm rolling around on the ground just feeling the grass. Its amazing!

"ahem!"

"AH! Oh its just you Audrey" I stop rolling around and smile up at her "hey when did we get grass? This stuff is amazing! I love it its soft and so….green!"

She laughs at my antics and helps me up. "not to long ago actually, just about the same time the trees came back."

"Yeah when did those come back too? Have they always been here and I'm too dumb to see them?" I ask and looks around as we make it too the door.

Audrey is younger then me by a few years but people always say she has grown up after. I say what fun is it to grow up? I like the way and I am, even if I am childish.

"So, how did your studies go?"

I shrug "I am truly happy to be done. So tell me what happened? I want to know! Its killing me! How did the trees come back? The grass? The non-child-glowing water?"

She smiles and tells me all about Ted and is amazing adventure and how he brought back trees and over threw O'Hare. She tells me about Once-ler and how he gave Ted the seed and about how they planted it in the middle of town.

"Wait….Ted as in the kid who lives across the street?"

She nods smiling wider "Yeah that Ted."

I have a feeling there is something between her and this Ted boy but I don't say anything. I just smile and walk out the door saying over my shoulder something about exploring. I make my way through town and see more trees and more grass. I breath deep and don't cough. it's a wonderful feeling. Ill have to remember to thank Ted later, and I want to meet this Once-ler fellow. He sounds like a character.
