Mary took a day to herself where she didn`t work and didn`t go on missions or anything. She just slept and read. Ocassionally she came out of her room, but only to use the bathroom. She didn`t eat with the others at all either,they left a dish of food at her door. They called it 'Mary`s Alone Day'. This happened every few months.
Seto was the most stressed on this day. Since he had to leave to work he never knew what she was going to be like the whole day. So the whole day while he was working he thought of her. He even left work early sometimes for the day. He spent all day outside her door waiting for her and listening for her. Around 9 in the evening he leaves the door for a bit to hang out with the gang.
"Nee,Momo!" Ene said from Momo`s phone, "Do you think Mary is lonely in there?" She asked. "Well,I heard from Kido that you shouldn`t disturb her in the room for now." Momo said looking up from her book and to the phone propped up on the couch.
"Seto,go take this dinner to Mary`s door okay?" Kido said to Seto handing him the dinner. Nodding he sat the dinner in front of her door and sat next to the door. Slowly she opened the door. Mary`s hair was a mess. It laid on the floor where she crawled to it. You could see the long sleeve to her white nightgown she always wore. Honestly she looked a little scary. "T...Thank you.." She muttered taking the meal into her room then shutting the door again.
Around 4 am Seto was awaken by a door shutting infront of him. It was the door to his room. Half awake,the boy still dressed in green stood opening the door and walking in. Mary was searching for him. "Mary..?" He asked. "Ah.." She said with a sleepy smile. "I was gonna sleep in here for a bit..." Mary muttered. "I`ll change and be right in okay..?" Seto assured.
The two cuddled in falling asleep,but of course falling asleep again at that hour made Seto a little late for work.
