Chapter 1: Discovery
"How are WE cousins?!" Aster asked after the shock settled down.
"Well, my friend Sonia was visiting, and she showed me this picture," Mrs. Yuki said. She held up a picture, "That's my sister. Jaden, remember what I told you about your grandparents?"
"Uh... they got divorced?" She guessed.
"Right, my dad sent me pictures of Alicia, but I forgot about them, so when I got this picture, well..." She showed them a picture of a pregnant woman with white hair,porcelain skin, and indigo eyes. With her was a man with black hair and silver eyes. There was a second woman had ginger hair and hazel eyes. Aster's eyes widened, and she ran up to her bed. She immediatly began tossing things away, matress included.
"OW!" Chazz groaned as a pillow hit him followed by a, "SORRY! from Aster. After a while, she came back with a photo. She held it up, and it matched the one Mrs. Yuki had.
"My dad gave this to me, it's him, my mom, and his friend... Sonia..." Aster and Jaden looked at each other. This just proved they were cousins, but would they accept this? Better yet,could they?
