Long ago the four nations lived together in harmony,
but everything changed when the Fire Nation attacked.
Only the Avatar, master of all four elements could stop them,
but when the world needed him most,
he vanished.
100 years past and my brother and I discovered the new Avatar,
an airbender named Aang.
Although his airbending skills are great, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save anyone.
But I believe Aang can save the world.

Azula rears back her head in a shriek of laughter. "It's just you and me brother, a showdown that was always meant to be: Agni Ki!" she taunts Zuko with another blast of fire.

Aang back is turned to Ozai. The failed Fire Lord is on his hands and knees. "No, I'm not going to end it like this," Aang whispers.
"Even with all the power in the world, you are still weak," Ozai shouts as rays of blue light burst from Aang's eyes and consume the soul of Ozai.
The soft voice of the Lion-Turtle is heard through this scene and the next: "Your own spirit must be unbendable or you will be corrupted and destroyed.

The flash of blue lightning is mirrored in Katara's eyes as a blast meant for her is taken by Zuko.
. . .
Sokka and Toph are jumping airships as Suki pulls up, riding along beside them.
. . .
"You did it!" Sokka shouts excitedly, as he hobbles over to the exhausted Avatar.
. . .
"... a new era of love and kindness." Fire Lord Zuko's speech ends and the crowds cheers can be heard throughout the Fire Nation, and Aang and Katara lean in for the finale kiss.
