Hello everyone, here is the second story of three that I am publishing this week. It is quite different from my previous stories.

The Reaper

Prologue

'Tragedy struck earlier this morning at the city general hospital, where after a busy night in the maternity ward, a large group of masked intruders stormed on to the ward, attacking and killing several hospital employees and civilians.'

It is unknown at this time why the crime was committed, however what has surfaced is that after a head count was carried out, one young infant, said to be only several hours old, was found to be missing.'

'A search party has been launched to try and find the missing infant, the police will be going over all CCTV Footage in an attempt to find any leads to the location of the infant within the hospital and the surrounding areas. If you have any possible information or leads to the identity of the intruders or the location of the infant, you are urged to call the police hotline and report it.'

Damien Ramero chuckled at the news broadcast, the people were just so predictable.

The plan had worked perfectly, the infiltration had gone off without a hitch and he now had a perfect test subject.

To create the perfect weapon had required much planing, and even more time together all of the equipment and resources that his organisation would need, but he was now ready.

Now, in the safety of his remote base that was far fro m any kind of civilisation, his plans would finally come to fruition.

He had been looking for the perfect test subject for a long time, and then he had come across the child that was now being examined by his scientists. Even when the mother was still pregnant with the child, it was displaying potential for some gifts that was extraordinary, at that was when the child was still developing.

The tests that had been carried out already had shown that the child had so much potential to develop amazing gifts as it grew.

In reality, he was just helping the child along.

There is the first chapter.

As I said this story is going to be quiet different, this chapter is just to give a bit if a back story to the main bulk of the story. I only have a few chapters written, so bare with me with the updating.
