Ben's Note of Sheer Awesome: Ok, after debating for a few hours, I decided to write the last one now. I want a different number for this one, but I feel I can work with this one. Also, this is a canon ship. Don't judge me since I've mostly done fanon. I can write canon. Just you watch.

Oh, and I want to thank KittyChesireluv again for a great review! Sorry, but I can't communicate with you without you reviewing in an account. Still though, I'm so happy you loved Kitty/Alistair. Thank you for making me write it.

This one is Hunter/Ashlynn. I'm not one who ships them fully, but they are quite adorable. Plus, I have a lot of options to choose from. This one is Ashlynn working in her shop while Hunter is doing some chores while the store is closed. This'll be good.

Lastly, the number. This one was chosen by my blonde friend. It's number 149: What if? Yeah, I could work with any ship with this one, but this one was assigned to this ship, so might as well start working!

Ashlynn was working in her shoe store, placing some boxes on shelves. She looked behind her to see her before, Hunter, counting the money at the register. She smiled, loving that her boyfriend was willing to help her as much as he had. Suddenly, though, she had a thought.

"Hey Hunter," Ashlynn asked while putting another box on the shelves.

"Yes love?" Hunter asked.

"What if I were a rebel?" Ashlynn asked. "Like… born one. Where would we be?"

Hunter stopped counting and looked at his girlfriend. She looked serious, but also resevered. As if she was nervous about how he would answer.

So, instead of wasting his chance, Hunter took the chance to think about it. If Ashlynn was a born rebel, they wouldn't have to keep hiding their relationship from everyone. They could both stand on the same side. They wouldn't be separated by society. And yet…

"If you were a Rebel, you wouldn't be Ashlynn Ella, my girlfriend," Hunter answered. Ashlynn was shocked by the answer, but Hunter continued. "I love you're obsession with shoes. I love that you are royal and can be sophisticated. And I love that you are willing to be with me when you could have someone better."

Ashlynn smiled, a tear in her eye. "Thanks Hunter. I was… worried that you wished I were born something different," Ashlynn said.

"Never," Hunter smiled. "What about me though? What if I was born a Royal?"

Ashlynn laughed a little. "You'd probably be a weird Royal," Ashlynn said. "But you aren't one. Being a Rebel makes you Hunter. I need you're amazing abs, you're ability to build things… and you're kindness and humbleness."

"You're sweet," Hunter chuckled. Ashlynn walked over to Hunter and kissed him, in which he kissed back. Both of them smiled at the other's touch.

Life is full of what ifs. We ask these questions and we have to compensate for out thoughts. It ends up ruining our perception of how things are and how lovely things are in the moment. Ashlynn wondered if she was a Rebel. Hunter wondered if he was a Royal. But they didn't need to wonder. Because what they were made them what the other needed. And for Hunter and Ashlynn, what ifs didn't matter. Because love was more important than what could have been.

BN: *wipes a little tear from his eye* I really love these Ever After ships. I know this one isn't the best one I've written (Kitty/Alistair, still the best one-shot yet) but I love this so much. I hope I bring you as readers as much joy as I have writing them. I will be taking a little break, but don't worry! These'll be back.

Like? Hate? Meh? Let me know in a review! Or don't! Either works!
