Recently, teenaged Sam'd heard that two conditions are necessary in order to successfully achieve revenge. The victim must know he's being punished, and by whom; and it must be a total surprise.
Dean entered their room, wearing the same old cocky grin.
"Hey, baldy."
"Hey, jerk." An iced voice hid high levels of excitement.
The drugged rat in Dean's duffel gave a surprised whisper that quickly escalated into a cry of terror.
For the first time in his life, Dean fainted.
After Sam's release from the hospital, if pressed, he'd have said his plan was a work of pure genius.
