A Day in the Life will be a series of on-shot adventures had by our favorite Once Upon a Time pet! If you like this, please follow my Pongo Twitter account for plenty of #tweetsfromthedog. PongoHopper.
R&R is always loved and I accept any form of critique. I even enjoy the occasional flamer who thinks I suck for no apparent reason! so, without further ado, I hope you enjoy!
With the crisp morning air filling his lungs, the spotted three year old decided it was the perfect day to go on ad adventure! Of course, he made sure to sit at Archie's feet annoyingly until he was fed before heading out the dog door into the back yard.
Pongo looked around the grassy field, contemplating the best place to do his business this morning. After a few seconds, he decided the shady spot over there looked like it would do. He trotted over to the tree and did what he needed to before looking back up at the Arcadia door. It seamed Dad hadn't bothered to follow him outside and was probably upstairs getting ready for work. That meant Pongo was free to do what he wanted for the day. Dad wouldn't check on him outside before he left, he would just yell 'bye' to the house and assume the dog had heard him.
Not that he was a particularly bad boy or anything, but Pongo had a secret exit hidden behind a bush in the corner of the fence that Dad didn't know about. He used this secret escape to travel the city during the day and, luckily for him, no one seamed to bother to report the wandering dog to his human. That was lucky for him! Of course, even when Pongo did get in trouble he knew exactly how to get out of it. He may be three years old by now but baby, the puppy eyes never leave you! And try as he might, Dad just never could say no to that sad looking face and wilted ears. And when dad did finally have the will power to deny Pongo what he wanted, he would switch to the 'remember I saved your life' face. Yes. Pongo had a plan.
Of course, he would do what he could not to get caught.
Trotting happily over to his corner, the spotted dog wriggled under the fence and out the other side to the happy freedom that was Storybrooke Maine. Shaking his head to get the dust off caused his ears to flop against his face but he didn't mind. He started down the street, making an immediate right to head down to Ruby's dinner. Just because breakfast had been so recently didn't mean he couldn't have desert...
I know its short but its more of an intro really. So lemme know what you think! More chapters and random Pongo adventures will be up soon!
