10 years following the fourth shinobi war
Blood. Ash. Fire. Death.
This was the scene that took place in the greatest shinobi village in the Elemental Nations. Konohagakure No Sato, a village founded by Madara Uchiha and Hashirama Senju that survived all four shinobi world wars and complete decimation at the hands of Nagato Uzumaki, burned.
"Why, after all that you have fought for, why have you decided to destroy everything"
the figure that spoke wore white robes with the symbol for fire on them, the Hokage robes. The figure across from the Hokage stayed silent, as though that in itself answered the question.
"So you will not justify your actions, then the time for talk is over" both the Hokage and the figure clashed blades and then a bright flash of crimson energy washed the scene leaving nothing behind.
October 5
In a hospital room a bright blonde haired man began to awaken. He was tall probably 6' 2" and had wild blonde hair with red streaks in it that went to his upper back. He had an angular face with 3 whisker marks on each cheek. When his eyes opened it showed violet eyes that took in everything around.
The man arose taking in the hospital room 'where am I' were his thoughts as his battle-hardened instincts caused him to immediately glance for possible escape routes from the room and any possible threats.
He realized that he was in hospital gown and that he was restrained with 5 Anbu hidden in the room.
Then the door opened and you could see the blonde's eyes widen at the sight of the Hokage coming in the door. The Third Hokage, younger and not so worn, but still recognisable as Hiruzen Sarutobi.
"I see you have finally awoken" Sarutobi said in a complacent tone as he surveyed the blonde man.
He had to be around his mid 20's with an athletic build and his stance as well as the tensing of his body told Sarutobi that the blonde was a shinobi.
The blonde immediately set his sights only on the Third Hokage 'Thats not possible he's been dead for 13 years now'.
He sent a chakra pulse through his entire body to break the genjutsu he had to be in.
After the surroundings failed to shift the blonde bit the inside of his cheek hard enough to draw blood.
Again the surroundings didn't change.
'Not a genjutsu, could it be possible that i was transported back in time' he thought as he again trained his sights on Sarutobi as he began to speak.
"I assure you that this is not a genjutsu, although I would like to know how you were able to get into the village undetected and why we found you in a crater in training ground 3, although perhaps you could first tell me your name" Sarutobi said as he watched the blonde attempt to disrupt a genjustu that didn't exist.
The red-streaked blonde was quiet for a few moments before he said "My name is Naruto Uzumaki".
