Meaningless

Chapter 1
With a bang the door slams shut and is inside walking to the coat stand, while taking it off, I hear a piano slowly starting to play, glad that my dad plays again. While I stand there I also recognize the soft strikes of a violin fade in. I hang up my coat and start walking up the stairs to go into the living room. In the middle of the staircase I meet Bella: "Hi mom". My mother replies, with her melodically voice: "Hello sweetie, how come that you are home so early?" I tell her: "Well I am going to a friends place after and I wanted to drop of my stuff and maybe change." with that I pass her, going up the stairs and into the living room.
I see, a smile appearing on my face, Edward and Renesmee in the center of the big, light room. Edward sitting at the huge, pitch black piano Nessie standing beside him striking her Stradivari. Both playing al I realize Bella's Lullaby. The Lullaby is the piece, which my father first composed, when he met mom. At the end of the piece my father greets me in a soft honey like tone: " Hello Argentina, you are home quit early." I smile at him, looking into his night black eyes and the violet shadows underneath as if recovering from a nose injury, but I mean it is just to know how it looks like, as if anyone could harm him and say: " Hi dad, yeah I know, by the way I think you should go hunting to night, your eyes are pretty dark! " The violin sounds also stop and Nessie is lifts her head in a flowed, graceful motion and says with her voice as high as bells rings:" Hi sis, what's up?" I replied:" Hi, Not much" adding in my thoughts:" can I talk to you afterwards, in private, urgent!" Sure she will get the message.
A thinking pause, only lasting a second, then she replies: " Yes sure we could just talk like this." Since we are twin half vampires we can do the mind thing with each other. It was kind of awkward at the beginning and sometimes quite useful, especially when you want to keep something private and since my father is a mind reader, which mean that he can hear any thought you have, as if you would speak it loud. It is very useful, because if my sis and me have these kinds of conversations, it is easier for me to shield her mind from Edwards's talent, because we are basically thinking as an item. The shield is another of my many talents. I have got so many, because absorb the talents from vampires around me. I responded in a hurry, so dad wouldn't notice our conversation try to get in Nessies mind to follow it:" No Dad will notice, if we do it now." Nessie blinks once to show that she had agreed and turned towards Edward and said:" Gena is right, you should go hunting now." she stopped and then added:" and don't even think about waiting for mom!" Dad sighted and then showed a defeated face just saying:" Ok, you are right."
After Edward left Nessie turned towards me and said: "So you were saying?" I rolled my eyes, typically my sister always hoping to get her hands on some gossip:" I actually just wanted dad to leave, because I wanted to get ready without questions. With those words I started walking to the staircase leading u to my room. Renesmee didn't have any problems to keep up with me and grabbed me arm:" Get ready for what? Do you have a date?" I said in the most innocent voice I could manage:" I'm going out with Jenny to discuss a bio project." I hoped that she wouldn't notice how right she was. She dropped my arm and I walked up the stairs to my room.
