"Lily please! Wait up, lils listen!" James said running after he girl of his dreams-the girl he had made cry. He grabbed her wrist. She turned around and her face flashed red "don't call me lils potter! You're a selfish horrible, annoying, arrogant toe rag! I don't care what you have to say. What's done is done! You can't take it back! I'm over your stupidity let go of my arm!" she screamed but he didn't let go.
"Lily, for the love of Merlin listen! I don't think any of those things. You…you hated me…for so long, it hurt, but I would never do something like that to you! It was snape! He was angry you rejected him, so he pulled a prank and blamed me! Please lily you have to believe me! I wouldn't hurt you…I…I love you lily Evans, but its clear you will never love me, I will just go, goodbye flower." He said tears in his eyes as he walked off into the moonlight grounds of Hogwarts.
Lily sat there processing what James had just told her 'he loved her. She loved him. Why wasn't she out there snogging him?' lily thought. She smiled, tears still streaming. It had hurt her immensely when she found those posters. For their prank all over the wall of Hogwarts was a picture of her saying 'stupid know-it-all bitch, die in hell no one likes you, you're a stupid mudblood'. She knew in her heart that James didn't do it, but this was her ay of trying to deny her feelings. She made up her mind and started chasing after James and she found him, wand pointed at his chest and tears in his eyes. She knew what he was doing and ran faster, she got to him and jumped on him, wrapping her legs around his waist and burying her head in his shoulder, he fell back onto the grass in shock and lily lifted her head.
"James, I am so sorry, I believed you all along, I was just trying to deny my feelings! Can you ever forgive me?… James I really need you to….I love you." She said looking in his eyes he smiled and nodded and she beamed bending her head down and kissing him. He rolled over so she was the one on the grass and continued to kiss her, their tongues in a furious battle. He brought his lips away from hers and rested his head on her forehead. She looked at him, meaningfully and full of lust and wanting. He kissed her again trailing along her jaw line, down her neck se lifted her hands up and took of his top, they smiled at each other and then james continued down.
2 ours later james potter and lily evans entered the Gryffindor common room, red checked, swollen lipped, messy haired and hand in hand, everyone smiled and they went and sat down together- lily in james' lap. Sirius and remus walked in and the first thing sirius saw was them
