A million shining mirrors staring down
A dancing rainbow shimmers in the air.
Twinkling memories shimmer in your hair
And all about your head they form a crown.
Light on dust, a strange contradiction makes
The nothing, sparkling beauty in the breeze.
Time runs down and slowly seems to stop
And eternity your death smile does freeze.
My thoughts are just pictures in broken glass.
My heart follows your devastating fall
Shattered whispers echo from the past
